c) Arbitration
- If the dispute remains unresolved after negotiation and/or mediation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
- The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Lao PDR.
- The arbitration process shall be administered by a recognized arbitration institution or, if none is specified, by a mutually agreed arbitrator.
- The arbitration shall be held in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
- The proceedings shall be conducted in Lao language.
- The arbitrator(s) shall issue a final and binding decision, which shall be enforceable in Lao courts.
d) Court Proceedings
- If arbitration is not chosen or if either party seeks to enforce the arbitration award, the dispute may be brought before the Lao courts with jurisdiction over Vientiane.
- Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lao courts for disputes not resolved through arbitration.
e) Confidentiality
All stages of dispute resolution, including negotiations, mediation, and arbitration, shall be confidential, and the parties shall not disclose any information related to the dispute or proceedings to third parties, except as required by law.
9) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
